We’ll check your area, timing, what’s included and the total price. You say yes before pickup, so there are no surprise charges.
We pick it up and check it in
We photograph your item, note its condition and track it from the moment it reaches us. Your own photos are welcome, but never required.
We care for it and check our work
We clean or restore it using the right method, then review the finished work and take completion photos. If anything needs to change, we ask you first.
You get your report—and your gear moves on
Your private Care Report shows what we did. Then your gear comes home, goes into storage, or follows your chosen sale or donation path.
