Are there two car-seat cleaning levels?
No. Car seats have one model-specific cleaning level, priced by seat type. If the actual condition cannot be handled within the manufacturer-compatible method, the request moves to assessment rather than a generic higher tier.
Do you repair or alter harnesses?
No. Nest & Stow provides cleaning only for car seats—never repair, harness alteration, installation or safety certification.
What if the label is hard to read?
We try to identify the model from the seat and customer records. Work proceeds only when an eligible manufacturer-compatible method can be confirmed.
Does cleaning make the seat safe to use?
Cleaning is not a safety decision. Crash history, expiry, recalls, condition, installation and use remain separate considerations.
