Your own photos are optional. Once we accept your item, we take our own arrival and completion photos for your report.
Disinfection, when appropriate
Care that follows your item’s instructions.
For eligible hard, non-porous surfaces, we use a Health Canada-authorized disinfectant exactly as directed and follow the item manufacturer’s care instructions.
- Each material receives the care method designed for it.
- Your Care Report lists the surfaces treated and the method used.
- Eligible treatment is included whenever it is part of your selected care level.
ATP cleanliness checks
A clear before-and-after reading.
When ATP sampling is a good fit, we take a reading from a selected spot before and after care using the same method.
ATP measures the amount of organic residue on the sampled surface. You’ll see each result in relative light units (RLU); a lower reading means less organic residue on that spot. We include the spot, timing and readings in your Care Report.
If something changes
We pause and talk to you before the plan changes.
Please tell us about biological messes so we can prepare safe handling. We never accept needles, sharps or suspected narcotic substances. If an item arrives in an unsafe or very different condition, we stop, record what we found and contact you before deciding what comes next.
